The Ferrari 365 GTC/4 (Type F101) is a 2+2 grand tourer produced by Ferrari from 1971 to 1972. It was based on the chassis of the Ferrari 365 GTB/4 "Daytona". In the very short two-year production run 505 examples of the GTC/4 were produced.

This 1972 365 GTC/4, S/N 15497 is one of only four Spyder conversions done by Claudio Zampoli, which are said to be the best of their kind. Only a handful of 365 GTC Spyder conversions exist and many feel it should have been a production model based on how attractive its lines are.
The 365 GTC is a rare model with approximately 500 being made. The 320hp 4.4L Colombo V12 engine shares its block with the Daytona however uses 6 twin choke horizontal 38 DCOE Weber carburettors, which allow for the dramatically sloping hood. This car was purchased twice by the previous wealthy American car collector John Campion. It was once a part of Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony’s collection and more recently owned by Maroon 5’s Adam Levine. It’s finished in Black/Nero with a 5spd manual transmission.
After being acquired for a second time by the previous owner, this Ferrari 365 GTC was treated to a no expense spared restoration at Autosport designs at a cost of $161,595.56. Included in the restoration was a complete rebuild of the motor, new flawless black paint job and new interior and hood. The leather used was the finest quality hide. The car was shipped to the UK and registered with an age related British number plate and sold by Talacrest to it’s new owner. Before the sale Talacrest commissioned a thorough check through by GTO Engineering. After arrival in Germany the car was tested by the German TUV and a historic number plate was issued. A daytime running light was installed which allows the car to be driven without extended headlights. After the registration an expert valuation was carried out showing a market value of 543.000€. A really great, versatile and useable classic V12 Ferrari drophead.
Fabulous V12, essentially shared with the Daytona, sounds utterly glorious with the roof down. Sumptuous four-seater cabin suits the convertible theme well.
